An inquiry starts a conversation
Submitting a request expresses interest. It does not reserve dates, confirm accommodation, create a paid membership or require a payment. Keep your reference number when contacting the team.
Your written proposal
Journey descriptions and starting budgets are planning guides. Availability, activities, hosts, accommodation and total prices must be agreed in your written proposal. Ask your coordinator to specify inclusions, exclusions, payment arrangements, cancellation and refund terms before you accept. This app does not process payments.
Confirmation and changes
A coordinator should mark a journey confirmed only after discussing availability and recording your acceptance of its itinerary and terms. Contact the team about changes or cancellations using your inquiry reference. Any applicable fees or refunds depend on the terms you agreed for that booking.
Longer stays
Long-term stay inquiries are requests for a discussion. They do not constitute an immigration application, professional legal advice or approval of a visa or residency status. Confirm requirements with the relevant authorities and qualified advisers.
Marketplace preorders
Marketplace listings describe item types available to request, not guaranteed stock. Illustrations are not product photographs. Submitting a preorder request does not reserve an item or authorize a payment. The team must confirm the final design, materials, maker attribution, quantity, total cost, shipping or pickup, taxes/duties, estimated timing, payment arrangements and cancellation/refund terms before you agree. Contact the team with your preorder reference for changes or cancellations. There is no online payment or automatic shipping service in this app.
Community participation
Be respectful, protect other people’s privacy, and share only content you have permission to post. Do not post harassment, spam or sensitive personal information. Members can report posts; authorized staff can remove inappropriate posts.
